Q. How will I know when my order has shipped?
A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped.
Q. Help! My poster arrived damaged, what do I do?
A. Sometimes things get damaged in the shipping process. If your poster is damaged in transit please contact us right away and we will do our best to make it right.
Q. I changed my mind, can I cancel or return my order?
A. Due to the nature of our process we cannot accept order cancellations or returns. Please let us know if you have a problem with your order.
In the sad event your poster arrives damaged please email us at email@example.com. Be sure to include your order number, summary of the issue and photos of the damage in the email. We will give you instructions on how to proceed. Please understand that if you are inquiring about your damaged item after 14 days of receiving, we may be limited as to what we can do for you.
